Companymap is an organisation with talent from different disciplines specialized in strategy and change-execution. They include coaches, consultants and geofiction-artist.
MARTIJN KESSLER(1958)
Entrepeneur, strategy-visionair, creative director, geofictician-artist, cheaf architect of the roadmap-methodology.
From an early age i became interested in the interfaces between human lives, the corporate world and the abstract world on a map. In the late seventies i refined the medium into a art-and communication form and received my first commissions to translate corporate histories and personal lives into geo-fictitious artworks. On the same time i had a business on the Dutch stock exchange.
By the end of 1990, after articles were published in national magazines, i developed the successful concept for Companymap workshops. I became interested in the world of change and strategy execution. Our roadmap modules fitted like a glove to create commitment and engagement in change processes.
CAS HOFSTEE (1959)
Geofictician-artist, cartographer, facilitator, entrepreneur (advertising), designer and former chairman of the Society for Geofiction. (Genootschap voor Geofictie)
Cas has been working with Companymap since 2002, He also functions as a planner in both the creative process of the workshops as well as the design of the ficticious maps.
Without the technical input of Cas the roadmap-methodology would have been impossible.
Cas has his own Advertising Company.
GERARD SCHOEMAKER (1954)
Cartographer, illustrator, mentor to workshops, independent artist, entrepreneur and a member of the Society for Geofiction. ( Genootschap voor Geofictie)
Gerard works for Companymap since 2001. The cooperation between Martijn Kessler and Gerard Schoemaker has evolved into a tight creative collaboration through the success of their products.
Next to his work in Companymap he manages his own Studio for Applied Art and is a renowned portraitist, inspiring animator in creative processes and course leader.
